omato Onion Jam Sugarfree glutenfree toast

This healthy jam is delish with tofu cream cheese on gluten-free toast

I ate this tomato-onion jam at a food blogger brunch, and decided to try making and canning jam for the first time in 25 years, renovating her recipe to be sugar-free. (Recipe below.) Made jam. It came out pretty great.
Tomato Onion Jam sugarfree

The jam is great on toast with cream cheese (real or vegan), and also would be delicious on chicken, pork, or tempeh as a glaze, or over brie for a party.

Suitable for:
vegan, gluten-free, reduced-sugar diets

Not for:
low-sodium or migraine diets
