Place the milk, turmeric, pepper, and cardamom in a saucepan. Whisk gently while bringing the milk to a low boil. Remove the pan from the heat.
Serve and drink warm.
Notes
Note that turmeric is best absorbed taken with a healthy fat (such as in grass-fed milk or coconut milk) and with black pepper. So don't skip the black pepper for the most anti-inflammatory benefit.
