This is rich in fiber and essential omega-3 fatty acids from the chia seeds. Maca root powder is great for men, as it has positive effects on libido and sexual function. Hemp seeds provide complete proteins and all the essential fatty acids. The deep red of the beets provides anti-oxidants. Cacao nibs add in flavonoids and all the health benefits of chocolate without the sugar. You can use any type of non-dairy milk; we use organic unsweetened soy milk. You do need a high-speed blender for this one. I have a Vita-mix.

  • Add all the other ingredients to the blend. Blend on high until smooth.

If you need to freeze berries, wash and let dry. Lay the berries out on baking sheets covered with parchment paper or silicone, with space between the pieces. Freeze until solid, then place in ziploc bags.
